Material distribution and sorting system is a sub-system module of WMS.It is connected with MES and WMS, and able to comprehensively analyze material distribution plan, work order plan, work-in-process inventory, machine production speed, etc. In addition, It can calculate staff and material planning pool, plan material distribution route, track and feedback distribution process, to realize the less manned and unmanned logistics operation.

It accepts material calling request, controls and invokes logistics equipment to distribute the material. The material calling mode is divided into manual material calling and intelligent material calling, etc.
